Jon's Backyard Goes From Strangers to Stranger...

So this morning the DWP knocked on my door (hey at least they knocked) and they've been working in my backyard all morning. I just looked out there and saw this:

Pretty sure that's not safe.. the picture doesn't do it justice (I can't get in their way to take a better one) that sucker is draped over and across our pool and at the deep end it's only about 3 feet off the ground!
