Aside from his duties casting music, television and film projects (including "America's Most Wanted," "Colors" and "Predator" - just to name a few,) Billy has been an actors' advocate in Los Angeles for over 20 years. We are going to talk with Billy about an often overlooked and misunderstood segment of the entertainment industry; as well as his efforts to help curb what many perceive as the illegal or immoral aspects of it.
