02/13/12 - "The Parks and Recreation Show"

NBC's "Parks and Recreation" ended up on a lot of 'Ten Best' lists at the end of the year. Time Magazine hailed it as the second best show on television right now, behind "Louie" and ahead of "Breaking Bad." Pretty lofty company, right?

So what is a cast member of such a well-regarded program doing on our show? Damned if we know, but join us as we converse with actor Jim O'Heir. Jim plays the oft-mocked and/or ignored Jerry Gergich - a character that has seen some significant development this season.

01/23/12 - "The 80's Show"

This week we are blasting to the past and bringing you all things 80's. Well, okay, not ALL things. We are not going to be talking about nuclear proliferation, "Choose Life" t-shirts or big hair, but we ARE going to be talking with Ernest Cline (www.ernestcline.com.) Mr. Cline is the author of "Ready Player One," a new novel (and soon-to-be film) chock full of 80's pop culture references. He also owns his OWN "Back to the Future" DeLorean. How freakin' cool is that?!

Your Reactions - "The Internet Controversy Show" (Paul Christoforo)

We just finished our interview with Paul Christoforo of the Ocean Marketing/Avenger Internet Scandal. How'd we do? Were we fair? Too easy? Did we ask the questions you wanted us to ask? How about Mr. Christoforo? How'd he do? Did his answers make sense? Do you think he avoided answering them? Do you think his apologies are genuine? This is the place to comment... or listen to the interview if you haven't already...

01/02/12 - "The Internet Controversy Show!"

Who is the most reviled man in the public relations / gaming worlds right now? Paul Christoforo - that's who! He is the president of a PR company which represented (until recently) the makers of The Avenger - a pretty cool Playstation controller. When an exchange of his emails with a complaining customer were posted to the site penny-acade.com last week (a VERY POPULAR gaming-themed comic and blog,) all hell broke loose.

No, we are not talking percentages and tents. Join us for a conversation with Hollywood Casting Director Billy DaMota. Aside from his duties casting music, television and film projects (including "America's Most Wanted," "Colors" and "Predator" - just to name a few,) Billy has been an actors' advocate in Los Angeles for over 20 years. We are going to talk with Billy about an often overlooked and misunderstood segment of the entertainment industry; as well as his efforts to help curb what many perceive as the illegal or immoral aspects of it.
